Identity of the victim(s): unidentified unresponsive peaceful protester lying on the ground

Identity of the perpetrator(s): four fully-equipped OMON; an OMON agent from unit 720;
fully-equipped internal troops in khaki uniform with riot shields who were blocking the street

A whole bunch of policemen carrying riot shields were lined up on the road, blocking the traffic until a big police truck got there and passed through. We also see four fully-equipped OMON bending on some unresponsive protester lying on the ground. A male voice shouted "Why? For what?" The victim was probably beaten up and held against the ground for some time. A woman tried to help the protester out but then a policeman shouted at her, telling her to leave.
