- Mikalay Karpiankou, Deputy Minister of Interior, commander of internal troops;
- Andrey Bakach, Head of Pershamayskaye RUUS;
- Siarhey Artsiemenka, Deputy Head of Pershamayskaye RUUS.

Undefined plainclothes police officers.

Maksim Kharoshyn and his wife Katerina were apprehended on October 13, 2020 around 8:30. Katerina was released shortly without car keys and her phone; Maksim was hardly beaten, including by truncheons, and kicked at apprehension and in the RUUS. He was forced to the ground face down when the car was searched.

The reason for the "detention" was not explained; servicemen did not present themselves. No documents were drawn up in the RUUS; thus, Maksim did not have any legal status. From RUUS, he was taken to the hospital. Maksim was diagnosed with oedema of internal organs, nose fracture, brain injury, brain concussion, contused wounds of both lips, multiple impact injuries.
