Identity of the perpetrator(s): According to BYPOL (https://t.me/By_Pol/142, https://archive.vn/EOuow), HUBAZiK officers Colonel Alyaksandr Alyoksa and Lieutenant Colonel Ivan Tarasik are responsible for illegal detetion and tortures of Mikola Dzyadok. Also SAHR (SOBR - Special Rapid Response Squard) officers were actual perpetrators of tortures.
On the official video of the Ministry of Interior, it could be seen that Mikola Dzyadok had been beaten while in detention. According to the information of his lawyer Natallya Matskevich, seven servicemen penetrated to his flat on the first floor through a broken window. He was severely beaten, and special means were used, including gas, to force him to make a confession that was recorded.
Then, he was taken to Minsk and was again tortured to provide access to his PC and Telegram channels. In addition to what is seen in the video, the lawyer saw injuries from wristbands on wrists, huge bruises on hips and back.
