Identity of the victim(s): Alyaksey Lapa, his friends. Aliaksey Lapa escaped to Lithuania.

Identity of the perpetrator(s): according to the Blackbook of Belarus, OMON officers Pavel Konan, Artsiom Lohish (slightly injured), Viachaslau Kastsiuk, Mikita Karzkau, Aliaksandr Baraban, Maksim Bayko (driver) - they all were witnesses at court.
The second group of OMON who stopped the Alyaksey's car: Dzmitry Rachunok, Dzianis Serada, Aliaksandr Charniausky (driver).

On 11 August 2020, around 11 p.m, Alyaxey Lapa, 31 years old, a taxi driver, met three friends near Almi supermarket at Savyetskych Pahranichnikau Str. in Hrodna. They were in the car when they were attacked by OMON (who started hitting the car). Scared and trying to escape, Alyaxey slightly injured one policeman, Pavel Konan. Near Papovicha Str. 6 the car was stopped, hit again and all passengers were apprehended and severely beaten. Alyaxey's nose and jaw were broken. 

The driver and the passengers lied on the ground for approximately one hour. The emergency services were called by servicemen from the Investigation Committee around 0:30 a.m. The driver and the two passengers (with head traumas) were taken to the hospital. A criminal procedure was started only against Alyaxey.
