Identity of the perpetrator(s): undefined servicemen in black uniform and black balaclavas, probably OMON

A detained man was brought by servicemen in black uniform. Protesters followed them and cried "Shame on you" and "Fascists". A serviceman started shooting up, obviously to scare them. More people were detained.
