Identity of the perpetrator(s): Viktar Krautsevich, the head of Grodna OMON, undefined OMON policemen

Vital was detained on 11 August 2020 in Grodno (on the way from Brest Store to the Philharmonic Hall). Because he had a portable radio set in his car, he was considered a Russian coordinator of protests. He was heavily beaten and was forced to stay in forced postures. Viktar Krautsevich, the head of Grodna OMON, kicked Vital to the face. The victim was stripped down to his underwear and threatened to be sexually abused by a truncheon. He had panic attacks afterwards.
