car ID 704 with the license plate 3408-MH,
car ID 602 with the license plate 0602-MH;
unknown car ID with the license plate 3428-MH.

Plainclothes police conducted detention of a car driver. The victim was on the ground. Eight police patrol service car arrived at the scene. The author marked the video as "[The escaping car has been stopped]". It was completely destroyed. There were lots of witnesses to the incident who demanded the police to show their badges and explain the happening. An ambulance was parked nearby.
