Two videos captured brutal and arbitrary detentions conducted by the police in olive uniform without insignia and black hoods. In the first video, several officers detained 3 unarmed and peaceful persons, and took them towards minibuses. In the second video, several officers, some of whom in plain clothes, detained a few woman.

They grabbed the victims randomly. Some of the victims held symbols of the Belarusian freedom movement. People around, including elderly women, tried to help the victims out but the officers kept dragging the victims. Two plain police officers were staying nearby: one in a black mask and cap was recording the women and the other one in a grey suit and white shirt held a radio station.
