Identity of the victim(s): people walking peacefully on the sidewalk. Unarmed man laying on the ground.

Identity of the perpetrator(s): identity unknown. Internal Troops, possibly 5th Special Brigade of the Armed forces (Spetsnaz).

Mass of armed policemen were running towards unarmed people peacefully walking on the sidewalk. An unarmed and peaceful man was pushed on the ground and 3 policemen started striking him with truncheons. One of the agents seemed to even attempt to pursue the car from which the woman was filming police brutality on the streets.
