The victim, 28 y.o., was detained only because she was seated with a white-read-white flag at the memorial complex at Victory Square, recorded a video and published it. This is commented by the deputy head of RUUS of Partyzansky Region of Minsk Yury Arlousky. The victim was obviously forced to testify against herself, which was recorded and published.
