In video #1, a man was kneeling on the ground with his hands behind his back. Next to him were two enforcement agents, likely Spetsnaz (khaki uniform, black gears, olive body armour). The detainee was on the side of the road, his car was next to him. It seems that he had been stopped while he was driving. At one point, he tried to get up but was forced to remain seated. According to the video description, his car was going to be searched.
In video #2, it is possible to see better what was happening. This time, A dozen equipped officers dressed in olive uniforms with three colour flag reminding the Russian one on the body armour of at least one of them and the back of helmets of others was there. Not only one man was kneeling in the group but another person had been also detained. The second was laying with his hands tied behind. One of the officers found in the car a white-red-white flag. The perpetrators were conducting a search of the victim's car.
In video #3, time, location and police force actors look the same. In this video, the car driver, who took the video, warned his passengers to close their eyes and cover their faces to avoid cuts from the broken glass. He pointed at the enforcement agents on the road damaging violently cars. Then, the camera caught eight agents damaging a passenger car ahead, some of them hit it with truncheons, kicked and chased it once its driver made a manoeuvre to avoid more damage. The description of the video stated that this was one of the ways in which Belarusian police forces stopped vehicles.
