Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON

Four OMON agents beat a man on the ground. The victim was kicked with boots and hit with a rubber baton. The man's belongings were crushed when one of the OMON officers repeatedly stepped on them. Several other victims were beaten further away.
