Near the Stella "Minsk - Hero City" a gathering of civilians was dispersed by law enforcement officers, who were dressed in black uniforms and civilian clothes. During the dispersal of the rally, at least one stun grenade was used in the immediate vicinity of the protesters.

The detentions were carried out harshly, civilians were beaten with rubber truncheons and kicked, people were snatched from the crowd, for no apparent reason. Some of the protesters resisted, but they were harshly suppressed by law enforcement officers.
