Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON, Traffic Police

Police officers armed with rubber truncheons built a human corridor in the police department courtyard to brutally welcome detained civilians arriving by bus. Some of the police officers were dressed in Police Patrol Service uniforms, others wore black outfits.

At the command of an unknown person, the detained civilians are apparently being unloaded from the arriving transport and are forced to run through the corridor and pass by police officers. The police officers kick and hit them, beat them with rubber truncheons and verbally abuse them. Then the civilians had to kneel facing the wall while the officers continued to abuse them. In total, more than 30 arrested men were recorded on the video.
