Identity of the perpetrator(s): law enforcers in gray uniforms, in full protective gear, armed with shields and batons

A paramilitary unit in full uniform, armed with riot shields and batons, blocked all approaches to the Stella "Minsk - Heroic City" along the perimeter. The chain of law enforcement agencies was preventing the movement of the column of demonstrators towards Stella. The distance between the demonstrators and the law enforcement agencies was about 100 meters.
