Two policemen and a bicyclist with a wite-red-white flag on his shoulders were discussing. It is not clear what caused the argument, but eventually, the bicyclist agreed to follow the policemen. The direction is unknown.

WITNESS: The incident was also recorded by a bystander who approached the trio and then followed them when they left.
