The victim was a man who had been beaten to the ground with a baton by an OMON agent eleven times. This last one gave him also twice violent kicks. Three OMON agents were also present but did not react to the violence of their colleague and didn't take any actions to stop the assault. The victim was crying. The perpetrator was screaming at his face "Do you enjoy it?!". Then, they left the victim alone on the ground.

In a response to their city's mayor, two men made a statement mentioning they witnessed police brutality on a young man late at night and took video from a garage. Besides, they also indicated that the police initially caught two men, but let one go after a few punches and severely beat the other.
