This victim was a young woman who had been detained and had been just released from a detention facility in Belarus. She testified to the violence she had suffered at the hands of the Belarusian police while in custody.

The violations of her rights were numerous as insults, aggression, threats with years of imprisonment, rapes and death. Agents took off her pants and accused her of being paid for demonstrations.
