The victim was "detained" at Dzyarzhynskaha Avenue. OMON policemen broken the window of his car and draw the driver out. The same was done to a car and its driver in front of the victim. He was severely beaten in the prison car all the way.

At the detention centre, detainees spent the whole day outside where they were to be in an unnatural position and without the possibility to go to a toilet, including the wounded. They received water on the next day only. Detainees were to lie face down, then be seated in an unnatural position in a hall. The victim spent the next night in a small cell where it was hard to breathe.
