The victim was detained at Masherava Avenue when he went to work. He was taken into a van where he was hit on his head several times. Then he was transferred to a prison van, put on the floor and kicked. In Partisanskaye RUUS, he was forced to the floor and kicked again, including his head. As a result, his nose was broken. In a basement, detainees were beaten by truncheons and forced to sing.

At Akrestsina Detention Centre, the cell where the victim was distributed after 6 p.m. was overcrowded (36 people instead of 7 or 8); it was hard to breathe there. The victim received the first small meal after 24 hours of detention.
