The one holding the victim seems to wear a hoodie with a mask covering the face; three men in typical road patrol service uniform, their can has license plate #1129.

Using truncheons, three soldiers repeatedly hit a young man, allegedly a minor. A fourth soldier held the man from the back. Another minor is attempting to halt the attack. Two other soldiers were present and approached the scene with no visible intention of preventing the brutality. A patrol service of three men stood nearby with their car blocking the way.
