Time: evening before 11 PM; 12 AM-6 AM
Place/location: Syerabranka (Серебрянка) Neighborhood, Metro Station Pushkunskaya, Detention Center at Okrestina.
Identity of the victim(s): Interview #4, Folder #4
Identity of the perpetrator(s): Unknown.
Traffic Police (possibly)
Military-looking agents in black uniform bearing small unknown insignia (possibly triangle) and the three-digit number on the back, bearing automated weapons (looking like Winchester rifle).
Militia serving Okrestina Detention Center.
Prosecutors (male and female).
The driver was detained by the special force agents (possibly OMON) after his car got stuck in a traffic jam (possibly created by the traffic police). He was severely beaten with batons during the detention and then in a police vehicle. Agents used elements of torture (standing on the face, sitting of the person, blows to the kidney area) and attempted grievous bodily harm (genitalia, hip joints, and the head).
After the victim was detained, he was transported to another unknown location and placed in another vehicle that had small cells (60x70 sm). During the transportation in the cell, the victim started losing consciousness, and when the vehicle reached Detention Center on Okrestino, he was unable to walk and had to be carried out of the vehicle. The victim, among the other detained, was forced to sit/lay on the cold ground between 3 AM-6 AM, periodically pushed, yelled, and morally degraded. In the early morning hours, he was inspected by the doctor, and transported to the hospital.
