Identity of the perpetrator(s): Molchan Vasiliy Vasilyevich, DOB: 31.08.1986, Deputy Head of the City Police Department of Sovietsky District of Minsk; Kauchuk Igor Vladimirovich, DOB: 14.06.1986, police inspector of Sovietsky District Directorate of Internal Affairs of Minsk (according to t.me/BlackBookBelarus)

An abduction of a minor (according to the Black Book of Belarus), protestor (according to the video description in Telegram), by two men in civilian clothes. People screamed "Leave him alone! What did he do to you?" Women or girls tried to rescue the minor but could not.
