Identity of the victim(s): male civilian in dark paints and a dark red hoodie

Identity of the perpetrator(s): four servicemen of the internal military forces "ВВ МВД": khaki/camo uniform, one wears a beret, three in balaclava masks equipped with clubs, combat boots; one man in civil clothes and a mask over his face.

A group of people was running in the direction of the train station Minsk-Passagirskij. One of them was caught by servicemen. Two of the servicemen twisted the victim's arms behind his back and led him in an unknown direction with two other servicemen escorting them.

There was one man in plain clothes with a mask on his face nearby who seemed to be waiting for them.
