Identity of the victim(s): unknown woman, allegedly a resident of Mayak residence area. She in light color jeans and denim jacket, sport shoes and a baseball cap.

Identity of the perpetrator(s): two middle age men; black Audi with the license plate 6758 AT-6.

Two men in plain clothes forced a woman, allegedly a resident of the residential complex Mayak, into a car. The woman screamed for help. A female bystander urged the kidnappers to stop, but to no avail.
