Identity of the victim(s): young/middle-aged men, one with long blond hair, one is dressed in a black vyshyvanka (a t-shirt with Belarusian national ornament). Two other men (short hair/blond and dark/grey short hair) and a woman with dark hair. Oleg Grudzilovic, Radio Svaboda journalist.

Identity of the perpetrator(s): OMON, enforcement officers in civilian clothes

Peaceful protesters gathered near The House of Government. OMON agents were randomly taking protesters into custody. The video captured four detentions. The reporter was asking the agents and detainees to comment on the events when men in plain clothes approached under pretense of checking his accreditation. They consequently detained the reporter.
