Description

Time: late evening

Place/Location: at the intersection of Prititskogo & Labanka str near KFC restaurant

Identity of the victim(s): unknown driver and a passenger

Identity of the perpetrator(s): SAHR, OMON

The video captures armed fully-equipped personnel running across the 6-lane street in what looks like an attempt to stop a certain car. They fired from automatic weapons at the car in close proximity that manoeuvred to avoid running over one officer and continued moving. It looks like the driver wouldn't be able to stop in time and then continued to flee from the scene for their life. The personnel continued to fire at the car.

On the other side of the road, there was an offroad vehicle that moved to intercept the first car and crossed its path. The first car managed to avoid a collision once again, went around the offroader and continued to drive. The offroader then deliberately crashed into the passenger side of the car, severely damaging it due to the difference in weight of the cars.

The first car drives a bit further and then suddenly stops at the roadside. A person gets out of the driver's seat and starts running away from approaching from another direction group of police officers that appeared from the entrance to the metro station. From the passenger's door at the driver's side of the car, another person comes out of the car and start fleeing along with the driver. The first video ends at this point.

15 first seconds of the second video coincide with the ending of the first video. The victims are being pursued and it looks like the driver was apprehended, but the scene occurs hidden by the kiosk. At the same moment, it looks like the passenger manages to flee. The officers who shot firearms at the beginning of the first video appear from the left on the second video, approaching the victim's car from the opposite side. Police start searching the car.
