Identity of the perpetrator(s): unknown men in civilian clothes with no identity signs make an abduction, they brutally beat people; while policemen surround the scene of brutal assault pushing away those who wants to rescue a victim. One of the men in civilian clothes is the one participating in other brutal scenes in Novopolosk - black and red hoodie. He always aggressively kicking and hitting victims.

There were some protesters scattered in the center of the city. Police and unknown men in civil clothes detained several protesters in a severe way and beat at least one of them. One of the victims required medical assistance as a result of their injuries.
