Identity of the victim(s): civilians, three men and one woman

Identity of the perpetrator(s): Probably OMON, traffic police, not identified agents in civilian clothes

At least four civilians, one of whom was a woman, were detained by OMON. Three men were forced to the ground when a blue van with the plate #6384 (not clearly seen) pulled over and were pushed into it.
