Place/Location: near 33 Pushkina street, at the corner of the intersection of Pushkina & Dunina-Marcinkevica

Identity of the victim(s): 15 year old minor; peaceful people (as for the threat of stun grenade use)

Identity of the perpetrator(s): OMON agents with ID #763: one of them - Savich Yevgeny Sergeevich, born February 6, 1990. Identification according to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAJIrnphTFg

Two OMON agents detained a young man. Whilst he was on the ground, he said "I'm 15 years old" but they continued to ill-treat him and kicked his face. There were pleas from people on the street to release the young man. One of the agents held a grenade, ready to pull out a ring (a woman recording a video confirmed it).

The OMON agents dragged the young man to a blue Volkswagen van with no license plate and herded him into it.
