Identity of the perpetrator(s): probably OMON without insignia

More than ten OMON agents brutally beat two men laying on the ground with clubs. The victims were motionless, covering their heads with hands. Another bystander was detained, forced to bend over with hands tied behind. Bystanders urged OMON to stop.

One of the agents approached a man taking a video in a threatening manner and, it seems, ready to hit the man with a club. One of the detainees had a lot of blood on his face.
