Identity of the perpetrator(s): undefined special force agents (Almaz or Alpha Group?) in olive uniform and civilian clothes

A group of men in uniform and civilian clothes attacked a group of protesting students. Female students formed a 'chain' in an attempt to protect male students from being detained. However, the servicemen broke the chain and detained around 20 students who were forced into vans parked along the street. One girl or woman didn't feel well and students asked to call an ambulance; the servicemen did not react and then left.
