Identity of the victim(s): male civilian, possibly a minor assaulted - not visible; young man, possibly in his 20s, orange T-shirt; young man, possibly in his 20s, bright green paints like a uniform, dark jumper; possibly passengers of a red car, very old one.

Identity of the perpetrator(s): traffic policemen

It is alleged that at approximately 4:40PM, two men were involved in an altercation whilst two other men stood with their hands on the hood of a red car as if they were not allowed to move. A traffic policeman approached them with a gun in his hands, which was pointed at the men.

The other traffic policeman was clubbing one of the men involved in the altercation. Two witnesses to the incident screamed at the traffic police to stop the attack stating, "He is a child! He is a child!". Thereafter, another woman interjected to stop the traffic policemen.
