Place/Location: at 29 Pritickogo str, near Tivali and a sport center

Identity of the victim(s): unknown

Identity of the perpetrator(s): four agents of SAHR - orange bands on left shoulder; two people in civilian clothes, armed. The perpetrators arrived on two vans "Ford", one of which had a license plate.

Special forces forced a car driver out of his car and repeatedly beat him with clubs.
