Identity of the victim(s): multiple victims. Testimony #2

Identity of the perpetrator(s): the victim was abducted by two men in civil clothes - one was white and one looked Caucasian origin who arrived at the call of the head of an election committee. The wife was threatened by police officers.

One of the victims was at the polling site where he informed the head of the election committee of the damaged side of the polling box. In response, the head called the guards who took hold of the victim until two men in civilian clothes arrived and abducted him. They forced him into an unmarked car. At the time of the interview, the victim's whereabouts were unknown. The victim's wife, sought help from the police to find her husband. Her demand for help was rejected. She was forced to leave and was threatened with incarceration.
