Identity of the victim(s): unknown men. Abductees: one in blue jeans and dark hoodie, the other - light grey (or similar) pants and dark sweater or hoodie. Presumably, both victims are male.

Identity of the perpetrator(s): 11 people in black uniform

The video was filmed from the building on 5 Dzerzhynskogo prospect. About three dozens male civilians were on a sidewalk with those upfront having formed a chain when a white service bus stopped next to them. 11 people in black uniform jumped out of the bus and started beating the men with truncheons.

One of the victims fell on the ground, but the perpetrators continued to hit and kick him. Thereafter, they dragged the semi-unconscious men onto the bus. The victims did not cause any public disturbance nor damage to any property. Two more men in black uniform got off the bus after the beatings stopped.
