Identity of the victim(s): moving crowd of unarmed civilians.

Identity of the perpetrator(s): allegedly OMON: a group of men in black uniform with one in greish uniform, anti-riot gears, helmets with face shields, and riot shields. One of them with no military insignia.

Approximately 6 or 7 OMON officers, in black and grey uniform, shot at a crowd of people and threw flash-bang grenades. They were equipped with antiriot equipment while the crowd of people was unarmed. Two explosions were heard and seen, one of which occurred close to the crowd.
