Description

Time: night

Place/Location: near Prospect Pobediteley 7a

Identity of the victim(s): male civilians randomly grabbed on the streets. One is a middle-aged man in a white sleeveless T-shirt with insignia "Saint [the rest is not clear]" at the back. Another one is a skinny man in a green/khaki T-hirt with insignnia "Air [Police]" on the chest and a messenger bag across his shoulder.

Identity of the perpetrator(s): servicemen in black gears, black helmets, equipped with clubs.

The victim participated in a protest when a man in a black uniform pushed him onto a paddy wagon (brand "MAZ"). The perpetrator refused to explain the reasons for detention. Although the paddy wagon was empty and seats were available, the victim was forced to kneel on the floor, face down with hands behind his back. Perpetrators kept bringing more detainees.

At all times, the men where repeatedly beaten. When there was little to no room on the floor, newcomers where forced to lay over others. One of the detainees attempted to sit on a bench for which he was beaten up. One of the victims cried out that his leg was fractured.

Perpetrators treated the victims with disrespect, swearing at them, and ignoring their cries.
