Time: at about 7 PM

Place/Location: near Medical facility (диагностический центр)

Identity of the victim(s): Denis Krajcev

Identity of the perpetrator(s): riot police; officials at precinct

Denis was detained while he was waiting for his wife. The perpetrators forced him into a paddy wagon where they beat him. At a precinct, he was kept in a sports hall, repeatedly beaten and verbally abused as well as refused medical aid, which he only received in prison.

Denis was eventually hospitalized. He was discharged from the hospital three days later and subsequently filed a complaint with law enforcement officials.
