Place/Location: Mašerava avenue, close to Stella
Identity of the victim(s): Evgeniy Zaichkin
Identity of the perpetrator(s): Special Purpose Police Unit OMON; internal troops (did not call an ambulance immediately): Timur Grishko, born on August 30, 1990. The serviceman identification is in accordance with https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FAJIrnphTFg
The victim, alongside his brother and wife, were at the protests but were behind arm forces pushing people out of the area. He was observing events when a white van stopped next to them off which several OMON agents jumped. Despite the victim kneeling down and raising his hands to show him being unarmed and compliant, the agents severely beat him. The agents pushed his wife away and forced the victim on a paddy wagon. He lost consciousness and woke up in a hospital.
The victim provided an interviewee with a description of his injuries. He confirmed that he had yet to file a complaint with officials. A further video shows another victim lying unconscious on the ground next to 2 paddy wagons. Servicemen in dotted khaki uniforms (Spetsnaz - internal troops) moved the body, possibly in an attempt to see if the man was alive.
The serviceman banished civilians and the press (however, letting them come quite close). Thereafter, two servicemen in black uniforms bearing no insignia but numbers on their fronts and backs came over to them. One of the servicemen had number 763 on his attire.
