Place/Location: According to video description, near Maladziozhnaja Metro Station, in front of Karona Hypermarket, off-street

Identity of the victim(s): two men, one woman

Identity of the perpetrator(s): OMON, possibly naval cadet

Eight OMON agents approached three civilians sitting on a bench next to a residential building. The agents forced them on the ground, repeatedly hit with truncheons screaming at them "... [want changes? here you go]", then took the victims in an unknown direction. On their way, the agents knocked a passing bicyclist off his feet and damaged his bicycle.
