A man was being led by servicemen onto a prisoner transportation vehicle. It appears that he might be in difficulty walking as one of the servicemen held him under the right armpit. As noted in the comment, the night of Aug 12, 2020, was one of the most intensive protests in the Serebrianka residential area in Minsk. This picture was one of a series of photo shots taken that night.
