Identity of the victim(s): male civilians

Identity of the perpetrator(s): OMON and SAHR, two of which are holding firearms in front of them

Civilians ran away from servicemen. Four men, who seemed to appear from around the corner, were forced on the ground by the servicemen and taken in unknown directions with their hands twisted behind.
