Two traffic police cars obstructed the highway in the direction of Nemiha. Six OMON agents attacked white and black passenger cars. In an attempt to escape the damage to the car, the black car turned around and drove in the opposite direction.

While making the turn, it hit one of the agents. The agents went chased the car subjecting other cars on the road to unsafe driving conditions.
